By now you have probably visited the "Becoming a part of the Network" page or a member has asked you to share your thoughts.  Here is how you can make it work.

These are a few ideas to get you started, but please share in anyway you can express yourself.

1.  If you are a person living with a spinal cord injury:
Share your life changing event with us.  The good, the bad,....tell us how you're moving forward.  What can you pass on to others?

2.  If you are a family member:
What was it like when your loved one experienced such a life changing event.  How did you cope?  How did you make sense of everything?  What did you learn?  How did your life change?  The good...the bad...tell us how you're moving forward.  What can you pass on to others?

3.  Friends:
Did you know the person before the accident?  How did you feel when you learned about the accident?  How did you cope with the life changing event?  What can you pass on to others?

4.  Was this your first time meeting a person with a spinal cord injury?  When you met this special person with a spinal cord injury, what was your first reaction?  What were some of your questions?  What do you think about your friend over coming obstacles on a daily basis?  What can you pass on to others?

Once you have your ideas here's the next step.
